Overview
Swarm Aqua® channels designed for use in block paved areas are the product of choice when there's a need for both a discrete surface water drainage system, and a requirement for a superior aesthetic finish. With a 10mm nominal opening and recessed covers designed to withstand a D400kN loading, Swarm Aqua® for paving won't be beat on finish, loading or cost.

Swarm Aqua® channels are always simple to size and specify, with calculations available to be carried out in-house for the convenience of anyone looking to specify the system from consultants to groundworkers.
This pedestrian scheme in Loughborough required a drainage system that was quick to install so that any disruption to the public was minimised and Swarm Aqua® was the perfect fit.
Because the Swarm Aqua® system can be used with standard twinwall fittings and pipe, connecting into external drainage systems couldn't be easier.
This scheme required a loading of D400kN and again the Swarm Aqua® system has been designed to cater for these heavy loadings, even when installed within block paving. The recessed combined access/outlet boxes are also supplied with a D400kN rated cover as standard.
At Swarm, we believe that it is important to supply the right product for the right project, so given that this location was to cater for heavy footfall, a discrete, heelsafe yet functional and robust system was supplied.
