HA2 BRUNEL

HA2 BRUNEL is a range of Highway access covers and frames.

The HA2 BRUNEL range has been designed to BS EN 124-2:2015, CD534* and BS 7903. The HA2 BRUNEL also meets the RSTA ADEPT Code of practice for Ironwork systems Installation and Refurbishment.

The HA2 BRUNEL range is available in 600 x 600mm and 675 x 675mm clear opening sizes, 100mm & 150mm frame depths. The covers have undergone extensive trialling and testing including a 3 months road trial in which they were subjected to 3000 vehicles a day at an average speed of 80 Kmh.

The covers have also undergone polished skid resistance (PSRV) tests and achieved a minimum PSRV of 78, allowing the covers to be installed in potentially high risk sites in full compliance with CD534.

The BRUNEL range of covers are manufactured in our EMEA foundry which is ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and OHSAS 18001 certified for quality, environment, health and safety and energy management.

L1 - Unlocked (Retro Drill & Tap Frame)

L2 - Unlocked (Retro M12 Bolt & Cage Nut)

L3 - Locked CHC M12 Bolt & Cage Nut
